Head of Operations & Growth Role

  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and lead the team
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth (bookings, app downloads, brand name market recognition)
    • Lead business development efforts
    • Manage finances and budgets
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Represent the company to stakeholders (including investors, customers, and partners)
  • Skills / Proven experience:
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage a team, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
    • Technical aspects of app development and distribution
    • App marketing, also including PR, social media and influencer marketing
    • Product-first mindset 
    • Business acumen / commercial skills  / understanding of unit economics
